Chemspeed's solution
Chemspeed’s SWING POWDERDOSE deck modularity allows the user to execute and perform a variety of sample preparation workflows in a fully automated fashion.
The Gravimetric Dispensing Units (SWILE, GDU-Pfd, GDU-P models) are used to perform automated, gravimetrically controlled dispenses of a wide range of solids in the sub-milligram to multigram scale.
The dispensing modules pick the appropriate container, dispense the solids and powders gravimetrically, and then place the container back to its storage position and picks the next one. All dispensing units include an overhead balance and allow dispensing and simultaneous weighing of powders into various vials, tubes, well-plates and / or reactors.
A typical SWING POWDERDOSE deck consists of shakeable, heatable / coolable crimp or screw cap racks, reagent / sample racks, solid container racks and the following tools: Gravimetric Dispensing Unit for solid dispensing and optional 4-Needle Head for volumetric liquid handling, and a capper / crimper.
All tools and accessories from Chemspeed‘s portfolio are fully compatible with the SWING POWDERDOSE robotic platform and vice versa.
Chemspeed integrates a large number of 3rd party components either on and / or off the deck.
Available upgrade options: analytical interfaces for e.g. GC, HPLC, IC, NMR, NIR / MIR, particle size distribution, imaging.
