Overhead gravimetric dispensing / dosing (patented) of solids and (viscous) liquids combined with our disposable formulation vials and vessels / blenders as well as user-friendly software enable you to accelerate, standardize and digitize formulation and testing of emulsions.

The modular deck design enables significant increase in efficiency combined with high quality and maximum ease-of-use.

Continuous real-time monitoring and control of all formulation parameters, incl. internal and jacket temperature, shear rate and viscosity, scraping speed, reflux and pH in an inert atmosphere if desired.
Flexible adjustment of scraper positioning / orientation and choice of scraper material e.g. PTFE, PEEK.
Dispensed amount, mixing speed, temperature, time, ... and other data are stored in a read only log file.
